The
Air/Water bag mount assembly option is for
those applications
requiring full self adjustment of the cleaner
unit for full blade wear, as well as those applications where it is
required to remove the cleaner from the conveyor
to eliminate contact with mechanical fasteners. This
is achieved by using the MATO Lift Off Device
Unit.
Compression Tensioner Assembly
The
Compression Tensioner Assembly allows for
constant tension to be applied on the Cleaner
unit, to cater for blade wear or greater
movement for the blade surface on the head
drum. This
reduces the maintenance frequency for adjustment.

tension to be applied on the cleaner unit,
to cater for blade wear or greater movement
